To delete a box from the hiway, set the BOX/SLOT configuration to NOTCONFIG and load (CTL 12). If this does not work, then verify that there are no points in the box, using the Organizational Summary Menu Hiway Box Point Summary. If there are points in the box, they must be deleted before the box can be deleted
