Load calculation - Electrical Motor

Easy to use excel spread sheet calculate load of electrical motor.

Following calculation can be made with excel spreadsheet.

**Calculate Velocity From RPM**

Velocity From RPM = 0.262*Diameter*RPM*Velocity

**Calculate Velocity from HP & Force**

Velocity from HP & Force = HP X 33000 / Force Lbs

**Calculate RPM from Velocity**

RPM from Velocity = FPM/ (.262 * Diameter)

**Calculate RPM from HP & Torque**

RPM from HP & Torque = HP X 63025 / Torque

**Calculate Diameter or P.D. of Wheel**

Diameter or P.D. of Wheel = FPM/ (.262 * RPM)

**Calculate Horsepower from Torque and RPM**

Horsepower = Torque * RPM / Horsepower

**Calculate HP from Force and Velocity**

Horse power = Force lb * FPM / 33000

**Calculate Torque from HP & RPM**

Torque = HP * 63025 / RPM

**Calculate Torque from Force**

Torque = Force lbs * Radius

**Calculate Effective Force**

Force = HP * 33000 / Velocity

**Calculate Eff. Tension from Torque & Radius**

Eff Tension = Torque / Radius

**Calculate Eff. Tension from HP & FPM**

Eff Tension = HP * 33000 / FPM

**Calculate 3 Phase Motor Horsepower**

3 phase motor horse power = Volts * Amps * Eff * PF * 1.73 / 746

**Calculate DC Motor Horsepower**

DC Motor horse power = Volts * Amps * Eff / 746

**Kw to HP (Kilo watt to Horsepower conversion tool )**

Horsepower = Kw* 1.341
