We have Lazer sensor from Sick, DME 5000 is connected to S7 400, PLC through Profibus. Now we are only receiving the distance value from sensor. The sensor have a facility to activate sleep mode, to enhance the Life of the Lazer. Can anybody Guide, how to do it?
