We are using two solenoid coils on a lever to get oscillating mechanism in a machine.
The load on the lever is about 10 to 15 kgs.
Machine operation is a minimum of 12 hours in a day.
The solenoid coil need to operate 43000 strokes per day.
Presently it is running with 67-12V 10-19 Solenoid coil and 4-ST 24V.
Can we expect long life on these solenoid coi mum of one year?
Above configuration - is it suitable for one year of successful operation?

How many strokes a solenoid coil withstand in general? Is there any formula to calculate?
