How to create a batch

Hi, I want to create a batch file that create the following registry key on client when logon.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\EnableFirstLogonAnimation=dword:00000001
