At upstream of Gas Compressor, there is a Slug Catcher and 2 Blow cases for Liquid Dumping. Blow cases work with level switches, LSHH, LSLL on both blow cases separately, when one Blow case is dumping other is filling and this cycle continues. Problem is, due to slug and mud float type level switches stuck after some time, and eventually to avoid shutdown and liquid carry over it is required to dump liquid back to flow line manually. Which type of Level switches will be suitable in such situations. Its a continuous cycle for like Blow case that are sized for 500 Barrel/Day.
